We work hard to process all of our online orders quickly and efficiently. If you have recently placed your order and it hasn't been processed yet, you can make changes or cancel your order directly through the following methods:
From your customer account page:
- If you have set up an account on farmtofeet.com, you can access it at: https://www.farmtofeet.com/account
- That page will list all of your orders, and there will be an option to "Cancel or Edit" your order. If your order hasn't been processed, you will be able to make changes or cancel.
From the Confirmation email:
- At the bottom of your confirmation email, there will be a link to "Edit or Cancel" your order. If your order hasn't been processed, you will be able to make changes or cancel.
A Note on Editing Orders:
If you decide to edit your order, your original order will be cancelled and your cart will be reloaded. You can then add/remove items and place a new order.
If your order has already been processed and you need to cancel your order, please fill out this form or call us at the number below to contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
